Documents and purchase orders
Invoices, packing lists and certificates are sent as PDF through WhatsApp. If your finance team needs them by email, say so in the chat and we will send from an address you can reply to.
We do not publish a general inbox — an address nobody monitors is worse than no address at all.

Our office and shipping point are in Guangzhou. Equipment ships from here by air or sea, FOB or DDP depending on what we agree in writing.
Detailed address and visiting arrangements: message us on WhatsApp first. We are a trading office rather than a showroom, so please do not travel without an appointment.

Send the model and a photo of the fault or the worn part. For parameter questions include the material and what changed — that is usually enough to diagnose remotely.
