Laser solutions for outdoor steel structures
Site work with no three-phase supply and no bench: an air-cooled welder that travels and a battery marker that goes up the structure.

The job
Outdoor Steel Structures
Site work punishes equipment designed for a workshop. There is no three-phase supply at the far end of a car park, no bench, no crane, and the structure is already standing. Two handheld tools change that. The air-cooled WSH03T-MA runs on single-phase power and travels as a 60 kg unit, so a two-person crew can weld a handrail, a frame or a repair on a canopy without bringing in a generator. The battery-powered J20H-SCII marks beams, columns and frame members where they stand — member IDs, erection marks, inspection stamps — which is precisely the job that never gets done because the desktop marker is back at the yard. One caution we insist on: air-cooled units are rated to a 35 °C ambient, so in Gulf or Southeast Asian summer conditions plan shading and duty breaks.
- Single-phase power — no generator, no three-phase supply
- 60 kg air-cooled unit that two people can move between locations
- Marks member IDs and erection marks on standing structures
- Plan for the 35 °C ambient limit in hot climates

What we would put on this job
WSH03T-MA for the welding; J20H-SCII for marking. Both travel; neither needs a workshop.

A photo of the joint, the material grade and the thickness is enough for a first answer. For marking, a photo of the surface and the code you need. No drawings required to start.
