Laser solutions for kitchenware and sanitary ware
Sinks, hoods and sanitary ware are judged on the surface. Narrow heat input keeps discolouration local and polishing short.

The job
Kitchenware & Sanitary Ware
Stainless kitchen and sanitary products are judged by the surface. A sink bowl, a range hood, a commercial prep table — the weld is only acceptable if it disappears under polish. That makes two things matter more than speed: heat input and bead consistency. The narrow heat-affected zone of a laser pass keeps discolouration local and polishing short, and a repeatable parameter set means the third hundred unit looks like the first. On 0.8–3 mm stainless, the air-cooled WSH03T-MA handles site and small-shop work on single-phase power, while a fixed line is better served by the water-cooled WSH03T-CW or WSH04T-CW for continuous duty. Mirrored and hairline finishes still need operator skill — the machine shortens the work, it does not remove it.
- 0.8–3 mm stainless: sinks, hoods, cookware, sanitary fittings
- Tight bead for short polishing cycles on visible surfaces
- Consistent output across a production run, not operator-dependent
- Air-cooled option for small shops on single-phase power

What we would put on this job
WSH03T-CW and WSH04T-CW for fixed lines; WSH03T-MA where the work is small-batch and mixed.

A photo of the joint, the material grade and the thickness is enough for a first answer. For marking, a photo of the surface and the code you need. No drawings required to start.
